Mark Wright

Chief Executive Officer

Mark is a results-oriented healthcare executive with 30+ years of leadership experience across multiple healthcare sectors. He has spent the past 16 years in the C suite with expertise in leading Physician Practices and outpatient Ambulatory Surgical Centers.  He has a proven ability to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes. He has expertise in strategic planning, payer negotiations, physician management, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Mark is adept at building high-performing teams and fostering innovation to achieve organizational objectives.

Jennifer Frey

Front Office Manager

Jennifer Frey has worked in the medical field for 10 years.  Born and raised in the southwest, she graduated from Albuquerque High School, Albuquerque, New Mexico.  She relocated to the greater valley area in 1999.  After completing general business training at Mesa Community College, she then began her medical practice experience.  Jennifer has worked in several different medical specialty offices, radiology, endocrinology and vascular surgery.  She has been part of the front office staff at Heart & Vascular Center of Arizona since 2005.  Jennifer has continued to grow in her knowledge of medical practice management and was promoted to the position of Front Office Supervisor in 2009. On a personal note, Jennifer’s current hobby is taking care of her two children.

Andrea Konde

Back Office Manager
 
Andrea Konde has worked in the healthcare field for over 13 years. Prior to joining the staff of Heart & Vascular Center of Arizona in 2007, she worked for Pennsylvania Cardiology Associates as well as Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, PA.  Andrea has worked in the cardiology field since 2000 and was promoted to Back Office Supervisor at Heart & Vascular Center of Arizona in 2008.

Barbara Wysocki

Family Nurse Practitioner

Barbara has been in the nursing profession since 1997, receiving her Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix in 2016. Barbara has help positions as a clinical nurse manager as well as a case manager in palliative and hospice care. Most recently, she has provided care as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the area of family medicine. In addition, Barbara possesses an extensive background with St. Jude Medical as a Technical Service and Support Nurse performing programming of implanted defibrillators and pacemakers where she assumed a key role in the education of patients, physicians, peers and staff.

Imaging Manager

Patricia is a highly experienced medical professional with over 20 years of dedication to the healthcare industry. With 13 years of specialized expertise in performing ultrasounds, she has honed her skills in providing crucial diagnostic services. Since 2019, Patricia has been an integral part of the Heart and Vascular team, where she currently serves as the Medical Imaging Manager. In this leadership role, she oversees imaging operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service. Her extensive background in medical imaging and patient care underscores her commitment to excellence, leadership, and compassionate service in the healthcare field.

Physician Liaison

Margy is a results-driven professional in pharmaceutical, medical device, and clinical sales.  She has a proven track record of success throughout her 20 year career with over 12 years focus in Cardiovascular Disease.  Leveraging strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills, Margy uncovers growth opportunities and creates structured solutions that drive results. Known for her aptitude in building robust relationships with physicians and decision-makers, she is adept at developing and delivering effective sales strategies and training programs.

Amy Grako

Revenue Cycle Manager

Amy was born and raised in Colorado with coming to Arizona in 2002 to do marketing for a youth organization. In 2008 Amy found her true passion in the medical field by going to receive an associate’s in business medical billing and coding and a bachelors in Health Management with being on the dean’s list all semesters and graduating with honors. Amy started at Heart & Vascular Center of Arizona as the lead of “Revenue Cycle” in 2021 and becoming the Manager in 2024. All while raising her daughter and getting married in 2024.

Victor Alamillo

West Clinic Back Office Manager

Victor Alamillo has worked in the healthcare field for over two decades. Before transitioning to cardiology in 2007, he gained experience as a medical assistant in internal medicine across various locations in West Phoenix. Since then, he has dedicated his career to cardiology and, in 2013, was promoted to a leadership role, further demonstrating his expertise and commitment to patient care.
